Well working today felt so good.  The smell of the trees the cold, crisp fresh air, its a great feeling.  I worked from 8 in the morning to 8:30 at night.  They were long hours, but the people I work with are incredible.  The two owners are a husband and wife and they are very personable, understanding, and have a good sense of humor.  I will say that the work isn't easy.  Being on your feet all day carrying big trees, shaking them, bailing them, it is safe to say I am super sore and am looking forward to working there tomorrow.  Now, tonight I am going to a friends house who is having a few people over.  Newton, the guys house I am going to, wrestles for central Michigan so i haven't been able to see him since August.  I can't wait to see him and all the other friends i haven't seen in months!!

Thanksgiving is definitely one of my favorite holidays.  It was perfect besides the fact that the Packers lost and I didn't see a single deer all day.  There was so much food and it was delicious like usual.  After I got done eating i ended up taking a huge nap.  On Friday I am going to work at Aissen's tree farm.  I absolutely love working here!  Everybody is so nice and merry and Christmas is probably my favorite holiday of the year.  I worked there last year and love it.  Aissen's sells everything involved in decorating for Christmas From trees, to wreaths, to kissing balls, ornaments, yard decorations, nick-knacks, they have everything.  I'm looking forward to working today!

Well I have been doing a ton of hunting lately.  Still seeing a lot of little deer nothing big enough to shoot. i hope something big comes around soon because I am running out of time to get something because I'm going to very busy in the later part of the season due to work and family events.  I am also looking forward to seeing the family at thanksgiving and all of the good food!

Today I finally arrived back in Milwaukee at about 9:45 p.m after a weekend filled with hunting.  It was a good weekend even though I didn't get anything.  I saw plenty of small bucks but no trophy.  Also, I saw a lot of does.  The conditions were far from favorable dealing with cold temperatures and bitter wind, but i toughed it out, although i did use the heater on Sunday.  I'm plenty tired due to the fact that i got up early for hunting both Saturday and Sunday.  Then had to drive back Sunday with a little bit of homework to do before i can hit the hay.  Looking forward to going back and climbing back up in the stand in hopes that i nice buck comes through.

Well today started off unusual due to the fact that i was woke up by an voice on the intercom at about 10:45 saying there was a tornado watch in our area and i was suppose to go the floor lobby.  I did so and it ended up not even being anywhere near our area.  I was definitely not very pleased being woke up especially on a day i can sleep in.  After it was ok to go back to my room and slept till 3:00 in the afternoon just in time to watch the packers.  It didn't take me too long to get very irritated and turn the game off because  i was getting way too angry to watch it.  The outcome of the game is definitely not what i wanted, seeing i was a packer fan.  I did some homework then had a flag football game at 9, which we lost.  My Sunday really wasn't an awesome one, but it was a sunday nonetheless.  Now its time for me to get some homework done that is due tomorrow.  I am definitely a procrastinator.

Friday is probably one of the best days as a college student.  Not only do i not have classes but it is also the start of the weekend and I can sleep in!!  Some of our friends from home are visiting us so it will be a fun time this weekend hanging out and having fun!!  I have plenty of homework but i probably just procrastinate like every other weekend and don't look at it till Sunday like usual.  I also cannot wait for gun deer season, which starts in 8 days!!

Well, i will start by saying i had an amazing Sunday and I was very unproductive.  I thought it was going to be a warm November day so i wore shorts... Not a good idea it snowed.  I guess it was a lazy day for sure.  Now that Monday has rolled around i finally realized that i have a lot of homework to finish including two exams to study for a 3 page essay due tomorrow.  That pretty much sums it up I'm a very bad procrastinator.  Mountain Dew is going to be my friend tonight.

I headed home for the weekend to go deer hunting and catch up on things back home.  A decent amount of my friends that go to other schools also came home this weekend.  The only reason i will get up early is if i really have to or for hunting and fishing.  Today was one of those examples.  I set 4 alarms and finally got myself out of bed at about 5:30 got my stuff together and trekked out to my bow stand.  I only saw a few squirrels, but i enjoy being in the woods.  I also went hunting the previous even and saw a 4 pointer but wasn't big enough for my liking.  Tonight I'm going to hangout and catch up with friends i haven't seen in a while and hopefully get up to go hunting in the morning.  

In this blog, I will occasionally post what i did during the day/night, the reason why it is called Inside the life of Chris Kadletz as a college student.  There will be many interesting things going on throughout the coarse of this blog so stay tuned! Enjoy!
