Brunch

Today I had the intention to go hunting early in the morning, which if anybody knows how i wake up, it didn't happen.  I woke up to late to go hunting but my family was suprising my grandpa on his 80th birthday, which was November 30 like my brothers, with brunch at one of his favorite restaurants.  It was awesome he was so happy and suprised it was a great time.  I love listening to my grandparents friends and other people their age.  They always have something funny to say along with their hilarious stories or jokes that I have never heard before!  I probably enjoyed it just as much as he did!I am looking forward to going back to Milwaukee but at the same time i wish i could stay here and hunt yet.  I'm going to be Milwaukee bound at 5:00 o'clock tonight and I probably won't be home till after finals.

Well this break went by way too fast.... It seems like its only Wednesday or Thursday.... As a matter of fact I wish it still was.  I have now official given up on getting a big buck for this gun deer season.  I already am looking forward to next year!  When I come home for christmas break I am going to try to get a doe late season bow hunting.  I have seen a lot of my friends over the weekend especially the ones i haven't seen in months!  We caught up on the old times and the new.  Its hard to believe that theres only 3 weeks left of my first semester of college and theres still a lot of things I need to do. 

Well working today felt so good.  The smell of the trees the cold, crisp fresh air, its a great feeling.  I worked from 8 in the morning to 8:30 at night.  They were long hours, but the people I work with are incredible.  The two owners are a husband and wife and they are very personable, understanding, and have a good sense of humor.  I will say that the work isn't easy.  Being on your feet all day carrying big trees, shaking them, bailing them, it is safe to say I am super sore and am looking forward to working there tomorrow.  Now, tonight I am going to a friends house who is having a few people over.  Newton, the guys house I am going to, wrestles for central Michigan so i haven't been able to see him since August.  I can't wait to see him and all the other friends i haven't seen in months!!

Thanksgiving is definitely one of my favorite holidays.  It was perfect besides the fact that the Packers lost and I didn't see a single deer all day.  There was so much food and it was delicious like usual.  After I got done eating i ended up taking a huge nap.  On Friday I am going to work at Aissen's tree farm.  I absolutely love working here!  Everybody is so nice and merry and Christmas is probably my favorite holiday of the year.  I worked there last year and love it.  Aissen's sells everything involved in decorating for Christmas From trees, to wreaths, to kissing balls, ornaments, yard decorations, nick-knacks, they have everything.  I'm looking forward to working today!

Well I have been doing a ton of hunting lately.  Still seeing a lot of little deer nothing big enough to shoot. i hope something big comes around soon because I am running out of time to get something because I'm going to very busy in the later part of the season due to work and family events.  I am also looking forward to seeing the family at thanksgiving and all of the good food!

Today I finally arrived back in Milwaukee at about 9:45 p.m after a weekend filled with hunting.  It was a good weekend even though I didn't get anything.  I saw plenty of small bucks but no trophy.  Also, I saw a lot of does.  The conditions were far from favorable dealing with cold temperatures and bitter wind, but i toughed it out, although i did use the heater on Sunday.  I'm plenty tired due to the fact that i got up early for hunting both Saturday and Sunday.  Then had to drive back Sunday with a little bit of homework to do before i can hit the hay.  Looking forward to going back and climbing back up in the stand in hopes that i nice buck comes through.

Well today started off unusual due to the fact that i was woke up by an voice on the intercom at about 10:45 saying there was a tornado watch in our area and i was suppose to go the floor lobby.  I did so and it ended up not even being anywhere near our area.  I was definitely not very pleased being woke up especially on a day i can sleep in.  After it was ok to go back to my room and slept till 3:00 in the afternoon just in time to watch the packers.  It didn't take me too long to get very irritated and turn the game off because  i was getting way too angry to watch it.  The outcome of the game is definitely not what i wanted, seeing i was a packer fan.  I did some homework then had a flag football game at 9, which we lost.  My Sunday really wasn't an awesome one, but it was a sunday nonetheless.  Now its time for me to get some homework done that is due tomorrow.  I am definitely a procrastinator.
